RisCassi & Davis attorney John J. Houlihan, Jr. has filed suit against St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury for medical negligence in causing the death of a Wolcott woman. The woman was being treated in St. Mary’s following a surgical procedure when she showed signs that her breathing tube had become dislodged.
