RisCassi & Davis Files Suit Against J.P. Jarjura & Sons for Brain Injury in Motor Vehicle Accident

Attorney Michael C. Jainchill of RisCassi & Davis has filed suit against J.P. Jarjura & Sons of Waterbury and one of its drivers for an illegal left turn which caused a motor vehicle collision on the Berlin Turnpike. The collision left a Newington man with a severe traumatic brain injury resulting in his inability to complete basic activities of daily living and requiring his inpatient confinement at a number of local and out of state facilities. The suit seeks both compensatory and punitive damages. RisCassi and Davis is handling the case along with the law firm of Robinson and Cole.
